Personas and Avatars are AI-generated snapshots of publicly available X activity at the time of creation. They are not statements of fact about any person.
One official Meme per X account
Each X account can have exactly one official Meme, created by its First Discoverer. Creating duplicates, impersonating others, or abusing the discovery flow may result in access restrictions.
